A little about Austin

I got into triathlon in 2017 after a few year hiatus from an already short road cycling stint was halted by a blood clot in 2013. I was looking for a way to get back on the bike and compete, but without the fuss of crashing in a parking lot crit.
I quickly fell in love with the puzzle that is inherent to stringing three sports together in triathlon. After trying all four primary distances, I've found there's nothing I enjoy more in the sport than training for and competing in local short-course racing.
